The apartments, which each have 30 m² of living space, are located in the gardenfloor of the new building. The living room is furnished with tasteful furniture and with underfloor heating provides for a pleasant room climate. Through the big door-windows you have a light-flooded room with a view over the terrace in the garden. In the living-dining area you have an open and fully equipped kitchen with a round dining table.
In the sleeping area is a comfortable single bed as well as a long desk with wall-mounted Flat-TV. There is a spacious wardrobe in the entrance area. In the spacious bathroom with a barrier-free shower you can enjoy daylight. A washing machine is also available in the room.
